This is the queen of clementines due to its smell, colour and flavour.

Mutation of Clementina Fina, originated in Nules (Castellón). Easy to peel, it is a medium-sized fruit of a pale orange colour. It has an adequate content of high-quality juice. The flesh is tender and melting, seedless.

Its flavour has a good balance between sugar and acidity, as long as the ripening process is optimal. Unlike other citrus varieties, it lacks bitterness.

The harvesting period in our region begins in November and lasts until the end of December. Once harvested, it keeps its organoleptic characteristics intact for a long time.
